This is what need for your homemade marble cake
- A baking oven
- Marble cake shape
- 2 empty bowls
- 450g flour
- 250g sugar
- 250g butter
- 2 – 3 tbsp milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- 25g cocoa
- 5 eggs
- A pinch of salt
When you have everything what we need for the marble cake, then we can start
First we squeeze 250g butter in a large bowl until the butter becomes a little white. Then we add 250g of sugar and mix it all together. Next, we need to separate 5 eggs from egg yolk, which we need 2 bowls once for egg yolk and egg whites
The bowl with the protein we put now to the side which we need a little later again around the the egg white stiff.
Now mix the egg yolk for the dough, add to the bowl with the egg yolk 450g of flour and 2 tsp of baking soda mix it all together, if the dough is still a little floury, you can mix 2 – 3 tablespoons of milk Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Now we need the dish with the albumen, we add a pinch of salt to the albumen, and go on, the albumen must be stiff. Important it must be very stiff beaten best so if the bowl on the head does not drop anything.
Now we add the stiff beaten egg to our dough and mix it very briefly so that everything is still connected. But it is not too long for the whole ice-cream to collapse.
So now we have a nice dough, because we halve now and the second half we mix together with 25g of cocoa and 10g of sugar and a bit of milk everything nicely mix.
Now the mamcook shape is smeared with butter, we also add a little brown sugar, if you do not have any, you can also use normal sugars, spread everything beautifully in the Mamcuchuchenform.
In our marble cake shape comes first the light dough and then the dark dough on top, with a fork we stand gently and lightly in the dough so that the light and dark dough mix a little with each other.
The marble cake is now about 50-60min in the open at 170 degrees.
And he’s done! Enjoy it !
